What started out as a small community effort to clean up a neighborhood, has now evolved into a project which will not only lead to the development of a unique, self-sustaining park, but also to water conservation. The project, which is set to cost $1.3 million, will implement Best Management Practices and the Liberty Hill Foundation has agreed to contribute funds towards the project.
