This document provides an overview of the Magnolia Park neighborhood in Houston and an assessment of the situation at Briscoe elementary. In February 2010, 49 children were enrolled in the Bus to Mason Park program. Although the park is not far from the school, train tracks in the area pose a hazard to children.
