“Chicago Announces Strategy to Improve 300 Parks and Playgrounds”

Mayor Rahm Emanuel of Chicago has announced a plan to improve 300 of the cities parks, with the goal of providing every Chicagoan with a park no further than a 10 minute walking distance from where they live.
