East Harlem Bike Lanes To Be Voted On

After having encountered protests from local business owners, city council member Melissa Mark-Viverito, an advocate for East Harlem’s protected bike lanes, gathered support from members of the community. As a result, protected bike lanes were once again placed on the East Harlem Community Board’s agenda and voted on.
