Technology can play an important role in improving Latino health. These digital tools provide Americans with tips, resources, and programs to show people “how” to live a healthier lifestyle.
The Council also released a humorous video, “History of Exercise,” produced by Funny Or Die, that features Nick Offerman recapping some unique fitness trends over the past six decades, and First Lady Michele Obama. Although fitness trends have changed over the years, walking works, and the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle has remained the same.
