Complete streets is a term for streets that are designed for safe and convenient transportation by  vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians.

“Street-scale improvements, such as sidewalks, bike lanes, and safe street crossings, will better connect communities and provide kids more opportunities to be physically active.”

This toolkit provides information, guidelines, tactics and resources to improve street-scale infrastructure.  It is designed to recruit, engage, educate, organize and mobilize communities to ensure that every child has access to safe places to be physically active.
