The new 'Great Living' menu has arrived for patients at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, where food service providers are changing foods to focus on heart-healthy options. Mashed potatoes are being swapped for mashed cauliflower, whole-wheat hamburger buns are now on burgers instead of white buns. Heart-healthy options like quinoa, couscous, and bulgur wheat are being used in dishes instead of white rice.
